What is Malandra Cachaça?

Malandra is a sustainable, artisanal and traditional cachaça from Brazil that will bring you on the sunny side of life.

 

But what is cachaça?

Cachaça is a Brazilian spirit made from the fresh juice of sugar cane. Not to be confused with rum, which is made from molasses. Cachaça is also special because it is protected and can only be produced in Brazil.

 

What can I do with cachaça?

Cachaça is a special spirit and can be used for the popular caipirinhas, but also for a number of other cocktails, such as twisted versions of Gin Tonic, Cuba Libre or originals such as Malandra Ginger. You can find more recipes on our recipe page or on Instagram .

 

Do you have tasting events?

Yes of course! We want to bring a piece of our culture to Germany and spread how great cachaça is. The planned events take place in the shop .

 

I would like to book a private tasting event. Is that possible?
Yes, we can book a private tasting event for you and your guests. Please send us an email at info@malandracachaca.com with your request. Please note that all tastings are currently online due to the current situation.

Where is my package?

We always send you an email when your package is shipped. You can follow the updates through the tracking number.

 

What do I do if my package is damaged or something is broken?

First of all, we are really sorry! We pack everything in the safest possible way. You can contact us at info@malandracachaca.com with photos and a description of the problem so that we can solve it for you.

 

Can I send a gift to someone?
Yes you can! We prepare everything with care and send it directly to your recipient. You can read more details about our gift service here.

 

Can I send an order to more than one address?
At the moment our system does not allow multiple shipping addresses. If you would like to send your order to more than one address, please contact us at info@malandracachaca.com with your wishes and we can implement multiple shipping.

 

I want to buy gifts for my company and employees. Do you have special offers?
Yes, we can offer you special offers for your company and your employees. You can read more details here or email us with your request at info@malandracachaca.com.

 

Can I use more than one gift card per order?

Unfortunately, our system only allows the use of one voucher per order. You can use your second voucher for the next order.

 

Why is my voucher not working?

Some vouchers are tied to certain conditions such as a minimum order value, certain products or a period. Please check once whether your order meets the criteria.

 

Can I change my product if I don't like it?

Yes, you can, as long as the product is in its original packaging and sealed. Please send us an email at info@malandracachaca.com and we will help you how to proceed.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

DELIVERY

 

How soon can I get my package?

We do our best to deliver everything asap. If you order your package via DHL, you can expect your package between 3-5 days. Please note that this estimate can be longer at certain times of the year, e.g. at Christmas. If you order your package via express delivery, you can choose the day and hour for delivery directly with our Green Circle partners.

 

Do you also send parcels outside of Germany?

At the moment we only deliver Malandras within Germany. Shipping across borders is subject to special provisions, which we are still working on. As soon as we have the solution, we will let you know. For B2B customers the shipment can take place. Please contact us through here so we can arrange the details.

 

Is there express delivery?

We can only offer express shipping through our Green Circle partners within Berlin. Please check the checkout page to see if your district is available for delivery.

 

How does the dispatch via Green Circle work?
If you choose to ship with our Green Circle partners, you will receive an email from them asking you to choose the date and time that suits you best. Please check your spam mailbox. The shipping process can only take place after you have made your selection.

 

Can I pick up my order from your office?

Unfortunately, no. We work closely with several partners who can deliver Malandra to you in Berlin. Shops or partners who also sell Malandra can be found here.

 

Do you deliver to DHL parcel stations?

Yes, we also ship to DHL Parcel stations.
